Cleanup is sequenced as limited lifts. We do not scrape a site to a story. Test windows establish what can be removed without damaging remaining operations or creating uncontrolled dust and runoff. Included: method statement, exclusion zoning, waste consignment where required, and a stabilise note before handover.
Corporate logistics and fulfilment services
Fulfilment haze — late despatch, unread returns, unclear storage — is lifted in route windows. The original promise to the customer is matched, not rewritten. Included: cut-off card, exception swab, inventory edge match, and OTIF verification.
What a window includes
Every engaged service begins with inspect and test. You receive a surface read, a fragile-zone map, a proposed lift, and a list of what we will not touch. Work then proceeds through lift, match and stabilise. Administrative support and BPO remain readable as process cards. Facilities and waste remain readable as logs and transfer notes. Remediation and logistics remain readable as method and OTIF. DIRECT BRANDED LTD will not hide an incomplete lift behind a slide. If a window fails, we stop, record, and re-test.
